CANCELLATION POLICY

What is your cancellation policy?

In case of cancellation, advance booking amount is non-refundable. For rescheduling, kindly inform us at least 15 days prior to the event date, subject to availability.
CAR PARKING

Do you provide parking space?

Yes, we provide ample parking space for cars and two-wheelers with security assistance during your event.
CHILDREN / EXTRA BEDS

Do you provide extra arrangements for children?

Special seating and arrangements for children can be made upon prior request. Extra bedding or setup charges may apply.
DECORATION & VENDORS

Can we bring our own decorators and vendors?

Decoration services are provided by our in-house team. Outside decorators can be allowed with prior permission and subject to hall guidelines.

What is the seating capacity of the hall?

Our banquet hall can accommodate up to 500 guests comfortably with seating arrangements. For floating gatherings, the capacity may extend further.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi facility is available for our guests during the event.
